最上級は「一番〜」を表します。
[語順] the＋最上級 (＋in/of …) 「（…の中で）一番〜」
☆ in は場所や集団、of は数やallと用います。

[否] not as＋形容詞/副詞＋as … 「…ほど〜ではない」
☆ as 〜 asを用いる場合は、比較級や最上級にはしません。
